I am dedicated to securing and protecting your personal information. If I request information from you, it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. I comply with GDPR regulations, and I am registered with the information commissioner’s office (ICO), my reference is ZB562128.
I write brief notes on the topics discussed in our counselling sessions. Unless otherwise requested, these are kept in a locked filing cabinet. Any notes or information that is stored electronically will be stored on an encrypted, password protected external hard drive, if the password is entered incorrectly 6 times, then all the information is automatically erased. I will keep this information for 5 years after our counselling has concluded unless otherwise agreed.
All information stored is confidential however, there are some limitations to this confidentiality which is stated in the working agreement. This privacy notice should be read in conjunction with my working agreement before counselling commences.
